I.T. Infrastructure Sales Manager

My first position on a direct contact with an I.T. environment was in a I.T. products store which was the first of that city (Blumenau/SC) with about 261k inhabitants in 1996, and also the first of the city to launch an e-commerce in 2010. Where I was hired to join a development team to create the webcommerce.

After some months, they realized my ability to data controls and organization to execute tasks. So the company decided to use the structure of store so sale for big companies oh the country such as Cia Hering, Philips Healthcare, Senior Sistemas among smaller, besides Government through bidding. With this, I had to gain knowledge about the most kind of hardware and I.T. solutions for the most varied environments.

After some time I was able to visit this companies, and help the customer's team to find the best acquisition solution for their needs. In Government sales, I had a team which I teached to search for biddings and prepare required documentation while I prepared the technical specifications. When all ready I participated in the bids, selling to City Halls, State and Municipal Departmens.

Unfortunately in 2016, due one crisis the the company wasn't able to still the business and closed.

Computing Instructor

After be working during 6 years in the last job, the company closed and I had to find another job, where I found a Complting School which needed teacher for some courses in vocational education's area.

Besides another things, basically what I did was teach classes in some courses, as can be checked below.

    🛈 Some years before and during the devolpment of webcommerce I worked with design tools as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW, SketchUP, Advertising and Marketing and Brand Design which I have advanced knowledge with certificates obtained from Adobe Certified Instructors.

• Enhanced the computer and network security control systems to the labs;
• Optimized administrative processes, such as issuing automated contracts and mass student documents.

I.T. Infrastructure Supervisor

While working at Cetelbras, I received a proposal from França & França to work with theassignment to automate tasks in the contract management department. From 2017 to 2020, Iworked in parallel: During the day in França & França and at night at Cetelbras. When the demands started to increase and I had to stopteaching in order to devote my total time to projects in França & França.

Before I was hired, all I.T. problems had to wait for a third party attendance. Today, the company has helpdesk, monitoring system, cloud and on premise solutions, besides being in compliance to LGPD (initials to General Data Protection Law in portuguese), a brazilian's Law based on GDPR (Europe).

Below some functions performed throughout this time:

• Provided availability of technological resources as servers, storages, workstations, PABX, physical and virtual access control, DVR, mobile lines and internet links;
• Mantained and monitored network environment providing the best pratices of security to firewall and proxy;
• Drived negociations with third party companies as suppliers and service providers for the the company’s acquisitions;
• Controlled user access to services as e-mail, VPN, Citrix and shared directories, ensuring data privacy;
• Since the beginning of 2020 during the lockdown the company was able to operate with it’s entire team of almost 50 employees at home office due the best pratices applied to the network configurations without security threats.

After all these years, I felt able to start my own project focused in offensive security, using the knowledge from the areas where worked to help companies improve security, in theirservices such as network, on premise appliances, infrastructure an others listed above on Knowledge section.
